Cancellation Policy

1. Before you pay

You can leave Shopify checkout before completing payment. Closing the payment screen after payment succeeds does not cancel the order. A Checkout Kit completion screen is not the payment authority; check the Shopify order and order-status page if the result is unclear.

2. After payment

Photobooks can enter production quickly, and there is no guaranteed grace period. Contact hello@rollbum.com immediately with your Shopify order number if you need to stop an order.

You can also open Profile → Orders in the Rollbum app, find the order, and choose Request cancellation if the option is available.

3. A request is not confirmation

Submitting a request does not guarantee that RPI can stop production. An order is cancelled only when Rollbum confirms the outcome after checking the authoritative Shopify order and RPI production state.

If the book has not been submitted or RPI confirms it is cancellable, Rollbum records the production cancellation and requests the appropriate Shopify refund. If RPI has accepted or started production, the book might no longer be stoppable even if a financial refund is issued.

4. Changes to a paid order

A paid design is locked to protect the files sent for printing. Deleting a local project, signing out, deleting the app, or making a privacy request does not change, cancel, or refund a paid order. Contact support about a design or address mistake immediately; changes may be impossible after production begins.

5. After production begins

Because each book is personalized, we cannot ordinarily cancel a book that is already being manufactured or shipped. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies for damaged, defective, materially incorrect, or undelivered books.

6. Refunds and account deletion

When cancellation is confirmed, an approved refund is processed through Shopify to the original payment method. See the Returns & Refunds Policy for details. Signing out, deleting the app, or requesting account deletion does not automatically cancel or refund an order. Rollbum photobook orders are individual purchases and do not enroll you in a recurring subscription.
