For order questions, delivery issues, cancellations, and refund requests, email hello@rollbum.com. Include your Shopify order number and the email used for the order. Do not send passwords, complete card numbers, security codes, or identity documents unless Rollbum provides an appropriate verified process.

Privacy requests

Use the same email for access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request and put “Privacy request” in the subject. We may ask for information needed to verify the request.
