Rollbum helps you turn selected iPhone photos into personalized printed photobooks. Design and validate your book in the app, check out securely with Shopify, and use the Shopify order-status page for payment, shipment, and tracking updates.

Order support

Email hello@rollbum.com with your Shopify order number. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, security codes, or identity documents unless Rollbum provides an appropriate verified process.

Production

A paid order can wait while Rollbum finishes validating its private print files. RPI acceptance means production started; it does not mean the book shipped. Shopify fulfillment and tracking appear after RPI supplies shipment information.
